My wife and I worked with Eric both to purchase our first home in 2019, and to sell that home when we moved out of state for my wife's grad school in fall of 2022. Eric became our realtor 22 years ago when he helped us purchase our first home. In the past 6 months he has helped us sell our home and purchase a new one. Over a 6 month period Eric and I looked at countless homes. One of the things that impressed me about Eric was his knowledge and experience. In each home we looked at he would explain things to me like the radon systems, sump pumps, age of HVAC systems and anything that I would need to know about the given neighborhood.
