" My wife and I worked with Eric both to purchase our first home in 2019, and to sell that home when we moved out of state for my wife's grad school in fall of 2022. If we could have, we'd have taken him with us to buy our new house out of state (that said, he did talk to a few agents in our new area and gave us a recommendation, and he was spot on - our new agent has also been wonderful to work with!). Being first time home buyers, we were pretty nervous when we first started working with Eric. But he really quickly put us at ease. He sat with us and discussed both the overall process before we began, then made sure to walk us through every step of the way.
